Plot
Fourteen-year-old Elizabeth Smart is part of a large and loving Mormon family.
Her father Ed hires a handyman, a self-styled prophet named Immanuel, to help him with a remodeling job.
Months later, Immanuel returns and kidnaps Elizabeth at knifepoint.
