Bobbi Silten is the Managing Director of the Shared Value Initiative, a global community of leaders who find business solutions for societal challenges.
She is the co-editor of the Purpose Playbook, a guide to help business leaders put purpose into practice with shared value.
Bobbi has been a long-time practitioner of leading social change through business and brings deep experience as a purpose-driven leader with over three decades of corporate experience.
Previously, Bobbi spent 12 years at Gap Inc. where she most recently served as EVP, Global Talent & Sustainability. She sat on the company’s senior leadership team and oversaw communications, government affairs, sustainability, and Gap Foundation.
